Hi! I’m Stephanie

Over the years, I’ve worked across many facets of HR, from hiring, compliance, employee relations, training, payroll, and more. I’ve also worn the hat of a business owner, so I understand the real-world pressures of growth, leadership, and making the right decisions for your team. On top of that, I bring a bachelor’s in Business Management, a master’s in Adult Education, and a professional certification in Human Resources.

My aim is to help smart businesses build strong HR foundations, without the cost of a full-time HR team. We’ll start by understanding where you are today and where you want to go. Then, we’ll march arm-in-arm to get you there.  

My superpower is identifying the gaps and those subtle breakdowns in systems, communication, and processes that create friction and slow teams down. My passion is building people operations that work seamlessly, reliably, and quietly in the background. Because when HR is done right, no one’s chasing paperwork, guessing at policies, or wondering what’s next. They’re just doing great work - with clarity, confidence, and focus.
